Non Insulated Fire Rated Fabric Shutters / Fire Curtain

  

Design & Features
  • Our Fire rated Fabric Shutters / Fire Curtain comprises of a single layer of grey coloured light weight combined fabric that descends to complete a fire compartment. 
  • Our mechanical designs allow our Fire rated Fabric Shutters / Fire Curtain to be installed without any intermediate segments for wide openings to achieve clear site when it is not activated. This is commonly applicable to the perimeter of void areas of commercial building. 
  • Our Fire rated Fabric Shutters / Fire Curtain is customizable to different shapes to cater to different site conditions and design requirements.

Fire Performance
  • Our Insulated Fire rated Fabric Shutters / Fire Curtain is tested to SS489:2015 & EN 1634-1:2014 in compliance with the local building regulation for up to 4 Hours Fire Integrity 

Operation
  • The descend of the Fire rated Fabric Shutters / Fire Curtain is triggered by signals coming from smoke detectors / heat detectors during fire alarm mode.
  • Door operation can be stopped and held at the desired height via the "Up", "Down" & "Stop" push buttons in the lockable control box in normal mode. 
  • In case of power failure of emergency source, integrated gearbox and operated sheave wheel allow the Fire rated Fabric Shutters / Fire Curtain to be adjusted to the desired height via manual chain operation.
  • Gravity Drop during emergency source power failure can be achieved with an additional installation of back-up battery in the system.
